ORock Technologies Names Dale Stucke as Chief Financial Officer

Industry Veteran Brings Decades of Financial Experience to Accelerate Company Growth

RESTON, Va., March. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — ORock® Technologies, Inc, announced today that Dale Stucke has joined its executive leadership team in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Stucke is responsible for all financial, accounting, and audit matters for the company. ORock is a small business Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and cloud service provider (CSP) serving enterprise customers in defense, government, and highly-regulated commercial markets.

Stucke brings to ORock more than 35 years of financial management expertise within the IT services community. His career includes executive positions with multiple technology and consulting firms. Most recently, he served as CFO for IT services company Constellation West, with responsibility for operations, financial reporting, treasury, financial planning and forecasting, human resources, and security.

Previously, Stucke was VP Finance of USIS Corporation, a $600 million services organization, with responsibility over corporate financial planning and forecasting, financial reporting, contract administration, pricing, and compliance. He also served as VP, Finance and Corporate Controller of GTSI Corporation, a publicly-traded government contractor, with oversight over internal management reporting CAS and FAR compliance, forecasting, and financial reporting. Prior positions include internal audit, finance, and operations roles with Unisys Corporation, BearingPoint, Inc., General Dynamics, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Dale receive a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Wright State University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Virginia.
