Board of Directors

Gregory Hrncir is Co-Founder, Chairman, CEO and President of ORock Technologies. For the past 23 years, he has served in executive, board and counsel capacities for a broad range of emerging growth technology companies in the cybersecurity, software and clean tech sectors. Mr. Hrncir commenced his career in private law practice in Los Angeles focused on complex securities and corporate transactional matters including IPOs, M&A transactions, and private placements. Mr. Hrncir currently serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held entities. He received a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Mr. Hrncir is a member of the Arizona and California State Bars and numerous philanthropic and industry associations.

Stephen Hall is a member of the board of directors and a Co-Founder of ORock Technologies. He has served as an advisor for a wide range of companies, with a focus in the real estate and technology sectors. Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and is a fellow in taxation. He started his career in Tax Accounting in Los Angeles in 1998. His expertise includes real estate, technology and other complex business transactions.  Mr. Hall serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held entities. A member of the Pasadena Angels, Mr. Hall is also a member of many other industry associations and philanthropic organizations.
