Gregory Hrncir - Founder, CEO & President

Gregory Hrncir is the Founder, CEO and President of ORock Technologies. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Hrncir has served in executive, board, strategy and counsel capacities for a broad range of emerging growth technology companies in the cybersecurity, software and clean tech sectors. Mr. Hrncir commenced his career in private law practice in Los Angeles focused on complex securities and corporate transactional matters including IPOs, M&A transactions, and private placements. Mr. Hrncir currently serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held entities. He received a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Mr. Hrncir is a member of the Arizona and California State Bars and numerous philanthropic and industry associations.

Kim Gullickson - Chief Revenue Officer

Kim Gullickson is the Chief Revenue Officer of ORock Technologies. In this role, Mr. Gullickson leads all go-to-market activities and is responsible for developing growth strategies, securing partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, he was ORock’s VP of Enterprise Cloud Sales. He is a seasoned sales and business development leader with extensive experience at HPE GreenLake, Isilon (Dell/EMC), Panasas, Eversync, Cleversafe (IBM) and EDS. Prior to leading top performing sales teams for both high-growth companies and large enterprises, Mr. Gullickson was on the customer side as an IT Director at EDS and started his career as a project manager implementing engineering and design of oil and gas completion systems at FMC Technologies. He holds an MBA from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

Joshua Cornutt - Chief Technology Officer

Joshua Cornutt is the Chief Technology Officer of ORock Technologies. He was a key contributor in the deployment and achievement of ORock’s FedRAMP-approved open-source cloud platforms. He has served as senior consultant for Red Hat and ID Technologies (acquired by CACI) and as a subject matter expert regarding network functions virtualization (NFV), DevSecOps and cloud computing environments at scale for Zefflin Systems and WWPASS Corporation.

Michal Wojcik – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wojcik serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cloudure, with responsibilities over all finance, accounting and tax matters of Cloudure. Mr. Wojcik commenced his professional career in public accounting in Europe and moved to the U.S. with KPMG, where he served for nearly a decade. Subsequently, Mr. Wojcik joined the private sector and over the last decade has played key roles for multiple high-growth technology start-ups comprising cloud services, software as a service (SaaS), and an international telecom with $3.5B in assets. Mr. Wojcik graduated from AGH University of Krakow and is a certified chartered accountant in the UK and a CPA in the U.S.

Michael Ngo - Chief Security Officer

Michael Ngo is the Chief Security Officer of ORock Technologies, where he is responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of the company’s Infrastructure as a Service and Cloud offerings. He completed his distinguished career as a Colonel with the United States Army, where he was a senior executive with 28+ years of experience directing worldwide network operations and cyber defense for large scale organizations of over 7 million systems, on 15,000 separate networks, across various security domains.

Prior to joining ORock, Mr. Ngo was the Chief Operating Officer, Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Networks (JFHQ-DODIN), at Fort Meade, Maryland. In this role, he was responsible for the command and control of defensive cyberspace activities focusing on unity of command and unity of effort within the Department of Defense to secure, operate, and defend Department of Defense Networks.

Mr. Ngo was commissioned as a Signal Officer and served in various levels of command and staff positions in the United States, Kuwait, Korea, and Germany. His previous assignments include: Director of US Army Cybersecurity Programs and Training, HQDA CIO/G-6; Deputy Director, Defensive Operations Planning, JFHQ-DODIN; Senior IT Program Manager, Mobility, DISA; Deputy Division Head, Cyber Special Access Programs and Special Technical Operations, USCYBERCOM; and Deputy Department Head, JTF-GNO.

Mr. Ngo holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and graduated as a ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate with a degree in Computer Science from Millersville University.
